We have a 15 day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return.

 

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

If you receive below mentioned product then you are eligible for returns.

  1. Damaged product
  2. Defective design
  3. Incorrect product received
  4. Others (Please specify in additional notes)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be
  1. Unused and in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and It must also be in the original packaging.
  2. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item falls under above mentioned circumstances, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.

 

HOW TO RETURN ORDER?

To start a return, you should contact us at wecare@beidiot.com.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. If Items sent back to us without first requesting then return will not be accepted.

Customer will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item.

Once we receive your return shipment, we will check and verify all the details about return. A decision will be made and you will be contacted by BEIDIOT team soon after.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

Certain types of product cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
