What size iPhone do I have?

To see what size iPhone you have, go to Settings > General > About. To the right of the Model Name, it will show what size iPhone you have.

 
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Apple Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, Shopify Pay and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.

 
Can I modify my order?

If you need to modify your order, contact our Customer Service Team at wecare@beidiot.com as soon as possible. We process and ship orders usually in 24-48 hours. Once the order has been shipped, we have no ability to modify an order. We will make every effort to stop the order if we are able to do so.

How do I know if my order was successfully placed?
  1. Once your order is placed, you can find details of your order on the order confirmation page (you will be auto re-directed there after placing your order)

  2. E-mail confirmation sent to your registered e-mail id.

  3. We will send you another confirmation once we ship your order.

 
I have not received an order confirmation email!!
If you can see your order has been placed, don’t worry, you will receive a confirmation e-mail soon. Please check your spam folder as well.

Do you offer free shipping on orders inside Canada?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders inside Canada.

 
I want to change my delivery address or phone number!!

If your order has been shipped we will not be able to make any changes in the delivery address. We can inform our courier partner to send the shipment back to us.

Please share the order id and send us an email on wecare@beidiot.com and let us know the next course of action. We'll get back to you within 24 hours.

 
When will my order ship?

We know how excited you are to receive your order, we’ll do our best to make sure you receive it ASAP! Once your order is placed, it usually ships within 24-48 business hours, Monday-Friday. If you place your order on Friday, it will be shipped the following week. Please allow additional processing and shipping time for weekends, holidays and sales. Once your order ships, we’ll provide you with a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow the progress of your package.

 
My tracking says it was delivered, but I didn't receive it?

Please verify the shipping address on your order.

  1. Look for a notice of attempted delivery from the carrier.
  2. Look around the delivery location. Check around the entrances of your residence for the package.
  3. See if someone else accepted the delivery. Check with any family members, roommates, or neighbors who may have received the package for you without your knowing.
  4. Speak with the postal carrier who delivers your mail as they scan the package in order to mark it 'delivered'. Wait 36 hours, Packages can show as delivered while still in transit.


If your order is 36 hours past the expected delivery date, then you will want to file a missing package claim with our Shipping Partner and also contact us with the claim number.

In the rare event your package is not delivered as expected and it’s unable to be located by the tracking information please contact us as soon as possible so we can make sure you receive your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping! Depending on the country and size of the order, we ship worldwide via UPS and FEDEX.

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders outside of the Canada.

 
Will there be import tax & duties charged on my order?

Some countries outside the Canada may require import tax, duties and related customs fees for imports. These fees, if applicable, are not included in the payment you make to us.

 
Can I check out in my local currency?

All of the product pricing will automatically be shown in your local currency throughout the site, but since we’re a Canadian based company, the checkout is required to be in CAD.

 
How long does it take for international orders to arrive?

International orders typically take 2-8 business days to arrive. However, all shipping times are estimates and can vary depending on location. Be sure to check the shipping confirmation email we send you for a live tracking link and more information on your order status.

How do I return my product?

If you receive below mentioned product then you are eligible for returns.

  1. Damaged product
  2. Defective design
  3. Incorrect product received
  4. Others (Please specify in additional notes)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be

  1. Unused and in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and It must also be in the original packaging.
  2. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item falls under above mentioned circumstances, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.

 
How will I get my refund??

Remember, we do not offer refunds and instead of refunds, we will provide you a coupon code that could either worth same or lower than your refund.

 
I wish to exchange my product!!

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want, is to return the item you have, and once the return shipment is received then you are allowed for the exchange of product. You will receive a coupon code that you can use to make a separate purchase for the new item.
